Took these a few weeks ago on a whim for Dennis of his 95 TA, just figured I would throw them up here. I'm sure most if not all of you know his car pretty well....

Enjoy!!!

Haha....all you gotta do is ask! I'm always down for a photo shoot time permitting. I dont ask much, maybe a beer or two, some ice cream, anything really. I enjoy doing this more than anything else, it's fun for me. Kinda like my stress reliever.

Michelle, if I ever get a hold of Dale and get that apartment, it will be a cake walk. I tried him again yesterday. What's his deal? Any number other than his cell phone? Office or anything? I'm getting pretty irritated with him and might just look somewhere else if he wont return my calls. I think yesterday makes 8 or 9 tries since Labor Day.

I like these pictures but I never really got into HDR. I like HDR for cityscapes though. I like how the dof looks on #6.

HDR is a pretty personal preference thing. It really depends on what is done with the picture. Some people go overboard and really make them too "artsy" looking, whereas I am just going for a nice range of colors and clarity.

I've said it in previous threads, if you really want to know how I feel, look them up. I'm too lazy :goof

Just to reiterate though, it's all personal preference and how you tone map the final image. There are so many adjustments, it can be made to look so different. I'm not going for the painted on look, just the crisp clear clean cut picture, with a good range of definition and color.

Personal preference or not, you do a good job at it :)

haha....thanks! That means a lot to me coming from you Scott! I still need some brushing up on my "wedding" pics, but a flash would definitely help! If your gonna get rid of that one we talked about, let me know, I will definitely take it off your hands!

the only one that looks "enhanced" to me, is the 3rd one

This one improved the color depth, without bringing out crazy hues in everything else. (IMO)

Nice pics!

Is this the same car that supposedly makes 1200 RWHP on race gas, and 1500 RWHP with a 300 shot of the juice?

...not trying to start sh!t, I just can't remember if this was the car or not at W.O.W. earlier this year.

I think he is more in the neighborhood of high 700's to the wheels now, not positive though. It is insane, I will say that :wooo

Yes, on 93 octane pump gas you are correct... On blower alone... With nitrous, no dyno numbers, but considering how it kicks the rearend out in 5th gear at 130+mph it is pretty much useless unless I am on the track with full slicks, as Nitto drag radials can't hold it...

I will say, the hood, along with everything else, was chosen as a function over form addition, in that it is a fully functional cowl and reduces underhood temps a TON over the stock hood. The hood is a full carbon fiber hood, thus reducing weight as well (I know a joke considering all the rest of the stuff I added to the car weight wise, but hey, every bit helps), and I had the hood painted black except for the sides of the cowl that have been left showing carbon fiber.

Thanks for all the compliments. At some point here before it gets too cold out I will have to have a full set of pics taken to show the complete custom interior/stereo/engine/etc... After over 10+ years of work it really came together in the last few years to be a 'completed' car of excess in every way...

Hell, just over a month ago it had a solid 2.5hr 'test drive' at speed and handling limits on a cruise and it all worked flawlessly... How many people can carve the curves at speed, handle like your on rails, stop on a dime and have power to pull past just about anyone, geared to run to just about any speed once things get going straight? :)

During half the cruise I had the tunes just totally cranked as well. I am certain a few that were on the cruise can attest to the abilities of the car. All around it is exactly what I wanted, a *real* streetcar with supercar abilities, and more than a few 'special' suprises that would make 007 raise an eyebrow. ;)
