do the painted 5 spoke firebird wheels have tires on them?

No they do not have tires on those wheels...more info coming.

Seller will accept unreasonable offers, keep in mind that National
Salvage is paying upwards* of $20 each for spun alum wheels.

*this is not an endorsment to go stripping other peoples wheels
tonight...even if they deserve it!
