"A 6-week-old girl died Monday after she was ejected from her car seat in a weekend car collision on West McDowell Road, Phoenix police said.

The 24-year-old driver of the Ford Mustang where the child was restrained is in critical condition, according to Phoenix police.

Investigators said Chance Reed was racing a Chevy Suburban at 7:15 p.m. Saturday on westbound McDowell Road at 62nd Avenue when he lost control and crossed into eastbound traffic before striking a tree and power pole.

Both Reed and the baby were ejected from the Mustang. Phoenix police Vehicular Crimes Unit detectives are investigating the crash. Police said Reed is an acquaintance of the baby's mother."

15 minutes with him and I could do things that would make Hannibal Lecter vomit! He should be kept alive for the sole purpose of torturing him to the brink of death every day from now till he eventually dies!
