In great shape. There is some scale rust on the flange area but nothing serious, it was stored in my parents basement for a couple years nice and dry but this last winter it was in my garage where there was a little standing water where it was kept and the pipe was stored with the flange on the ground :goof. Should be sanded away pretty easily, I might even do so if its an issue and someone wants to make sure its ok. Heavy duty peice and looks like it was barely used. I believe it has very limited miles on it, no rust or damage on anything other than the flange. Looks almost new. I also don't see these listed on Torque Tech's site, only the 2.5" pipe. If interested I have a few pics. Asking $80 not including shipping if neccessary.
