I sold my 96 with 170K on it and similair options 2 months ago for $2500. If the thing is clean and in proper working order, bump that price up and hold out. You will get more for it. Those things are tanks, I actually regret selling mine.

Ive seen them go over 500k with factory trans in a manual one....

They tick, they click, they make some god awful sounds but as long as you keep oil in them, you cant kill them!!!
