And these are the results.

10psi - 193hp and 173 ft/lb
8psi - 168hp and 153 ft/lb

peak horsepower was made the the shutdown rpm of 6500rpm and peak torque was achieved by 4500rpm.

next saturday I will be going back with my piggyback fuel controller installed and 450cc injectors and hope to make 250whp before the shutdown of 6500rpm.

**Does anyone here know if its possible to have an ignition piggyback like you can a fuel piggyback? I am needing a way to get passed the stock rev limit so that i can make more peak hp since if i can rev just another 1000-1500rpm it would be a huge increase in peak hp and better for shifts**

try an R4 Fuel and spark controller, they used to come with the GSMotorsports hemi blower kits, they would control an additional set of injectors and modify spark timing. It was janky for the Hemi cars, but would probably work for what you are looking to do. That company who makes it is called Spit Second.

I think its a geo metro with a turbo swift swap in it, dohc 1.8? litre goes like hell for what it is, I always wanted to do a swap like that, but never got that far....

Pretty sure that product won't be able to increase the revlimit.. Only retard timing.

To the OP:
Congrats on the numbers!
Yea (to my knowledge) there aren't any piggyback ignition controllers that will allow you to increase the revlimit. You will need a standalone or flash.

hmph....i have someone looking into getting a program to read and decode my hitachi ecu, that will be awesome if he can...raise rev limit to 8,000 and hopefully just by doing that i will make ~~ 20 more peak hp....

pics as requested of my ugly ass car. the only differences are that my IC is now black, the engine bay is finished being painted (flattened 2001 BMW Laguna Seca Blue) and front bumper/fender are rustoleum gray...turned out pretty good actually via my sata minijet4!
