FS: 1969 Mustang Coupe!

I'm helping a friend sell the car but I will do my best to answer questions. First off, it's a 69 Mustang Coupe "Grande", has a 302 and its an auto, body and everything is in great shape from what I can see. He also has a 351 sitting on an engine stand that he was planning on building, the engine can go with the car! The car has been sitting for quite some time as well, garaged the whole time. The paint is shot but what do you expect , its almost 40 years old. This is the info I got from the VIN.

69 was the first yr for quad headlights, the Grande had
a vinle top but all the 69s look the same otherwise:
