I don't know, when it comes to an OCD thing, it isn't really something someone can always stop on their own, even if they know it isn't good for them - like in this case.

Yeah to some extent fatness (or skinniness) is determined by genetics. Some people who eat healthy will still be on the heavy side and some who eat crap will still be on the skinny side. No excuse for extreme underweight or obesity though.

That said, whether or not he is fat he is likely not very healthy from that diet - unless the rest of his meals are healthy.
