When I'm doing bicep curls I'm getting this sharp pain in my right elbow. I dont know what tendonitis feels like, but Ive been told it sounds like it. Only when I lift upward on the curl, and really only when I do that one exercise. It is basically a sharp stabbing pain down "in" my elbow. ANyone experience this before, and what can be done to treat it, I'm thinking just ice? Thanks-Dan

Look into a $13 tendonitus wrap from Walgreens.
Take Ibuprofein in the moring and night....you almost
get used to it after a few months. If its still there in 6
months see a doc. I live with it daily, it will get worse
if you keep lifting things you dont have too.

ice plain and simple. use it all the time. it will go away.

I've had that from time to time, give it rest, ice and ibuprofen.

Yoo's wife gives him massages before and after he lifts, he doesn't know what it's like to have real pains that aren't "rubbed" away by a lady. :)

I'm jealous.
