It is the suncoast SS hood. I liked it because it was wider than the stock but not extremely huge either. The manta stripe is coming when I get the car repainted. Waiting till most of the major modding is done before I have it repainted.:thumbsup

believe it or not he had more ground clearance then I did too. That's why I am on the concrete during the heads up pic. I kept scraping bottom with all the pot holes down there.

I can tell you it is boosted and has an engine with forged internals. Other than that Spyderman will need to chime in as he knows the specifics.

What other center caps? Wasn't sure I was gonna keep the smoothies though either. Had them since 2004 and wouldn't mind another set of wheels for a different look. Was thinking about Fiske wheels. for the street and Bogarts for the strip.

i bet it does, even 200whp in that little thing hasgot to haul some ass. it must handle like a wet dream. i was watching option video, and there 3sgte swapped mrs (190bhp) was ahead of 300+whp s15's in both the touge (mostly downhill, as it s low torque showed in the uphill battles) and lap battles. its entry and exit speeds were amazing!

Dyno and 1/4 mile numbers for the TT LS1?

It ran low 10's on 7psi on the 29th while overheating and fully loaded so as soon as the bugs are worked out we'll see much better numbers. The suspension seems to be set for now so that is done. Hope to run it at 20psi before the end of the season but we'll see.

X2. I nearly bought an MR2 just like that, just couldn't find one. I'm tring to convince my girlfriend to buy one and let me add a blower to it. What kind of number does it put down? Isn't that the same engine as in the lotus? Did you ever try to drive it in winter?

I did 13.100 @ 113.06 on 7.2lbs of boost. It has 345hp on 20lbs of boost. But I'll need new tires if I increase the boost from the 7.2lbs. I was squealing my tires with every shift on that 13.10 run. Yes, it's the same engine as in the Lotus. Theirs are supercharged mine has a turbo. I did drive it in the winter the for the first two years. The first year with the stock tires, that sucked! And the second year with Bridgestone Blizzaks, was so much better!

i absolutly hate the interior on the mr-s, but to each his own i guess. although it is cool to see a boosted one, all the ones i see rolling around are mostly stock.

That's a nice place for photo's. If you shoo there again try to expose for the sky so the sky and the water aren't blown out. I had the same problem when I shot there with a point and shoot too.
