Sure it does, he lacks basic boxing/kickboxing (he is a kickboxer after all) skills. And yes lets not compare him to anderson... lets compare him to someone who has basic sloppy striking skills for MMA. Below is why he lacks all of the above:

so what did we learn? if chuck has to take the fight to someone, and can't counter, he wont win bc his 2 setups don't work. Once he has to actually be in the pocket and swing his arm around like a windmill, he drops his hands like a sob and gets tagged.
