How does the law read to have a child ride on a motorcycle? I am not saying a sport bike but a bigger Harley or Goldwing with the seat/backrest/armrest deal in the back.

Mind you this was years ago....but my Dad used to take me on the back of his bike when I was younger. Never got bothered, but things could've changed since then. This was when I was like 5-7 years of age.

You need a helmet for sure if under the age of 18 I believe it is. Maybe 16....I forgot exactly.

I would hope that a parent is responsible enough to give their kid a helmet when they take them for a ride. I have seen many without though and makes me want to bash the parents skulls in.

If its not your kid, make sure you have parental consent! Not sure myself, I know if its your kid and the kid has a brain bucket on, you shouldn't have problems if he/she is capable of holding on.

if under 18 they MUST wear a helmet and they MUST be able to reach the foot pegs
