Photoshop/Imageready makes it pretty simple. You just frame up your layers in PS and then use the "Animate" window and create each slide by un-hiding the layers you want to display for each frame.

Those Burnouts Were Fricken Sweet. The Annimated photos are cool,. but they just dont to justice. Gotta Love All that Power underneath you.
