i cant fricken believe this! at first they sent me 2 driver side rear calipers... exchanged one of them (free of charge) and got the proper passenger side caliper...

tonight, i get the passenger side all ready to go and while finishing up the driver side i notice that the caliper is too short... ugh... back to napa again to get this one exchanged for the "hard" suspension caliper... and another 2 weeks will go by b4 i finish this damn project :fire

As a old parts store person...You cant trust those computers all the time. If computer is wrong they wont change it either, cause its in the system.:chair:

I have had the wrong brakes given to me at NAPA many times....not the counter guys fault though. Fight the system

i plan on... i not looking to get anything out of it... i just want the caliper i need so i bring my car home and drive it a few times b4 snow falls... so far this brake job has turned into nearly a 10 month affair...

Fox knows !!! I like the computer catalog for simple shit and speed but a good counter person will always go to the paper catalog or call the parts suppliers tech line. Especially when it comes to exhaust,brakes ,u joints transmission filters ...... There are just to many variables.

ok never had to deal with them....i have noticed the guys that supply our calipers dont always put the right side in the right box
