Journal Sentinel photo contest voting

I submitted 5 photos into the MyCommunityNow.com contest (JS off-shoot) that had a summer theme. One of mine got picked from the hundreds submitted but in my personal opinion they picked the weakest of the 5 though.

Was taken during the height of the flooding in June, just a quick snapshot of the kids trying to get through the water.
