Toyota Paseo?

Ran into a Paseo on Howell in Oak Creek yesterday that had a turbo for some reason. Anybody on here?

Hmm...interesting. I don't recall them coming from the factory with a turbo (a 1.5 ~ 100hp engine iirc) but is probably able to swap in some other corrolla engines that had turbo kits available I'm sure.

Those wouldn't be a bad commuter car with the small, two seat layout, small engine, with a manual trans...sadly though, most were purchased by women, so MOST have autos. Inferior to a CRX in every way.

i think i have heard of a black one with a 3SGTE in it (92+ Toytoa MR2 turbo motor)

It sounded kind of cool but seemed to be slow as piss. I didn't have a chance to line up next to him but he was taking off from every light. A bone stock late 90's V6 Accord walked away from him at a light, so.........
