parting out my totalled jetta. help!?!

so i have a 5 spd 1.8t that i got into an accident with. car is totalled, & i just recently talked to my lawyer & he said to go ahead & do what i want with the car.. SO.. i want to part it out.
the front end is pretty smashed up.. & the airbags went off. the linkages must either be twisted/broken because it won't go into gear, BUT IT STARTS :D
the car has about 73k on it.. & i'm not sure the best way to go about selling it, but i want to get the most money out of it, especially with a little boy on the way.
i was thinking selling the motor stuff & turbo seperately. obviously. & maybe chopping it up & selling the scrap to a junkyard? i don't know. i'm clueless on parting out cars considering this is the first time i hafta deal with it, haha.
so any advice? suggestions?
i was thinking putting it on craigslist or ebay. but who knows.
