One of my buddies is in need of a tune for his 2000 GTP...minor mods like headers, pulley, ect.

That's a good question because the programmers for the GTPs are about $500 and you're limited to two VINs. I've been trying to get ahold of the software to see if I could crack it for multiple cars... but didn't get around to it before I sold my GTP.

I'm not aware of any GTP specific shops in the immediate area.

Contact Gabe aka Nitrous on here. I think he still does custom tuning for the L67.

With simple bolt-ons, his best bet is a canned tune from one of the big GTP vendors.

This would be more than sufficient...

unless you add a cam, Those cars run quite well on a Aftermarket PCM and plugs and a T-stat.

I was running 12.486@108.60 on a aftermarket PCM ( DHP, ZZP ) and no extra tuning.

like slowc5 and mr. brett said, a DHP or ZZP pcm would do the trick for a mildly modded car

no I don't really c alot of kr. With the 3.0, I c no kr, but with a 2.8 i do, so I only run the 2.8 @ the track with race gas and c no kr, I also have an ICCU and ZZP XP cam, and a ZZP stage 2 IC,Slp headers and the list goes on. I think it needs a dyno tune to get all the power out

I ran a 12.75:confused and I should be faster,a 1.8 ,60 foot. @ 108mph:stare

With an XP cam and IC you should be knocking on 11s. Dyno tuning will help the straight line times, but for good driveability there's nothing like street tuning.

I responded to your PM.

My software should support your car just fine. Call me up if you want a tune on the dyno. 1-414-322-0280 Forest
