Yes, there is a Rock Bottom in Milwaukee. One of my nephews works there as a waiter. The problem with sculpting a face from 1 dimensional pictures is it never translates well into 3D. A life cast should have been done when he was that age, yet. Yes it does indeed look like Walken, but more like Mel Gibson given the leather jacket. All he needs is braces on his legs and an Aussie Falcon Interceptor parked next to him. I like Winkler but the statue could have bee better done...and what's up with the teal pants?
