I have actually built a few motors, but have always gone to the all chevy shop on 27th and college. Just looking to see who around here specialises in Fords.

This is my first motor that ive personally owned that john is working on, last year he did a couple motors for a buddy of mine and about 3 years ago he did another motor for a truck that a co worker owns, not one issue with anything.

Do you do macine work? I can assemble the motor, no problem there, looking for someone to do the machining.

I had my motor machined at C&S Performance. Everything measured out perfect and were good to work with. Prices were very reasonable and the work was done in and acceptable time frame. No problems at all.

Two of my brothers had their Pontiac motors done at Rocket Racing and they are both happy with them. I just felt more comfortable with C&S. They will get my next motor when that day comes.

yes we do, one of the few shops that do. Feel free to stop by and check out the shop and get a mini tour before you make a choice.

No I don't do machine work, just build them. Go to C&S Performance and talk to Clint, he is a great guy. They are in the yellow pages, in Butler on 124th.

Yikes!! Its a good thing that they are out of business. They wanted to charge me $5000 for a stock rebuild on a mopar 383 with just new pistons, I was going to use my stock rods, and crank. They were going to do nothing special to the heads just a rebuild. After they told me the cost I told them to pack sand and then they didn't want to give me my stuff back! I was so close into fighting the guys behind the counter they called in West Allis PD to try to arrest me, all I had to do was badge them and they left. Needless to say they gave me my stuff back pretty quick.:fire

Marv At C&M Performance knows of a guy in hartford that does pretty good building and machining of ford engines.
