In all my years of wrestling, I cannot explain how they got into these positions or what they were trying to do

i wrestled in middle school and highschool.. and i also have no clue how they got in those positions ..

i also know the martial arts one is from the judo event.. witch is very very physical .. no pads strait up. judo is alot like wrestling.. very toss and submission based... just like hapkido. hapkido is very hands on as far as pressure points, hand submission, and tossing. typically when you study taekwondoe you would complment your education with a grappling or submission based fighting style..

im sorry i got all nerdy on you guys i was a 1st degree black belt in taekwondoe and hapkido..

The 169# Hungarian weightlifter dislocating his elbow with 300 some pounds in the air looked very painful.

Women in beach volleyball have absolutely no chest at all. But they're still hot.

Yea no idea on the wrestling moves though
