Recommendations for a porch builder?

We have a crumbling front porch that we need taken down so we're wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for a contractor that could take the old concrete porch down dispose of it and pour a nice new one, do some backfill, etc... We also need some foundation repair so any suggestions there would be nice too. Thanks in advance.

My brother works for Tetzlaff Masonry out of Dousman. He may even do it on the side for much cheaper. I'll try to get ahold of him at see if he's interested. He's been doing it for 12+ years.
