I knew a girl once with a Aerostar that had a v8 in it. I believe it came that way from the factory.

^^^ Are you sure it was a V8...???
I have never heard of one coming from the factory with a V8. There are rumors that some were sent out to places similar to ASC McLaren/Roush/Saleen for custom conversions but that was it, and those are still yet to be confirmed.....

Well I guess I can't comfirm it but, that is what her mother and her father said. I believe it was AWD too. I used to drive it all the time and it definately had some kick to it thats why I asked them and thats just what they told me.

^^^ Well if it was AWD I can guarantee you that it was the 4.0L V6, which did have some pretty decent get up and go.....

Nope. Not in any regular production anyway. Still a cool little van. Perfect tow rig for the strip!

they must used the whole tube of ky on that conversion. but it looks like a fun grocery getter
