What would an IT persons title be who designs popups, worms
and spyware? Would they be employed by a large company or
have there own buisness? Do we have anyone like that in the
greater Milwaukee area?

I'm not 100% sure, but I would say computer programmer. Some would work for them self and some would be at a company. I would guess in the 10,000 + range for how many live and work in this area.

Pop-ups are not the same class of programming

worms and spyware is probably more Visual Basic or Visual C++ / C#

Why don't you try putting an ad in the Journal-Sentinel for it? Then let me know how long it takes before the FBI starts knocking on your door. :D The creation and use of malicious software is illegal by the way.

Worms, spyware, pop-ups, virii, etc... can be written in any number of languages, depending on the platform to be exploited. With Windows, it can be anything from C, to C++, to Java, to ASP, to assembler.

On the contrary, my goal would be to round these loosers up in an
elaborate "interveiw" and drownd them like rats. Im sure even the
FBI employees could do without them ;)

I seriously think that end of the IT buisness needs a good shaking
up, like their fellow employees disapearing or turning up in very
poor health. We need them like we need Nazi's or cancer.

If you know someone who designs this type of stuff you should put
there names out there for the public to see, its there choice if they
continue with that feild of IT work.
