Where to go to have some exhaust tips welded on?

So I bought this GN from a 72 year old guy who put a custom exhaust on with the UGLIEST chrome turn down tips you've ever seen in your life. I need someone/somewhere to cut this shit off and weld on some new chrome tips, maybe 8 or 10" long. I didnt buy the tips yet so if someone has an exhaust shop with some stuff in stock that would be cool.

any thoughts?
