I have been running into Air flow problems with most Central Air Systems. One of the 10,000 issues is that customers are blocking the Cold Air Returns with DVD racks and beds. Or there spoiled ass kids have toys and pillows covering them.
When your central air runs it need roughly %20 more air flow, meaning " MAKE SURE YOUR COLD AIR RETURNS ARE NOT BLOCKS BY SHIT "

If you are confused what are what, you can either place you hand by them or what I do is grab some TP and place it near it. If its a return it will suck that TP fast to the grills and if it blows out well thats your supply.
If your vents do nothing well then you have a Dead Cat in there :stare
