Good Tuner, And "theory" Prices?

Mass Air Windsor...Lets say you have a car that is running now and wont puke fluids on a dyno, everything checks out ok to do a pull at a shop. Like Reccomendations for a conservative tuner (no unicorn tuner) and will stand behind it.. The last tuner my buddy used went to jail, and never heard from again. forrest at west bend dyno.... talk about some conservitive AFRs!! Last tune i seen him do was rite on the money as far as AFR. hes on the site here.
