they always raced on 71...my brother lives in westerville..he runs on 71....

The drivers were charged with street racing, a first-degree misdemeanor, and booked at the Delaware County Jail.

i wouldn't call it a jail but ok....i lived in delaware...home of the new Jegs warehouse...and home to the Little Brown Jug Harness races....

these guys were looking for trouble. racing that many cars on the freeway is retarded.
