Weird-A** noise...........

My car is doing something weird, whenever it is about 55 degrees ( and colder) out, and ONLY then, as soon as she warms up, when I press her brake, there is a strange whistling sound. As soon as I let up the brake pedal, the noise stops. She has all new brakes, new power booster, all new vacuum hoses, and when she makes this sound, there is NO loss of performance, or any changes at all, just.....the weird ass noise...........When it is 60 degrees and warmer, NO NOISE. Soooooo.....WTF!?

Idle Air Control circut is open at cooler temps, it draws vaccuum
to control idle much like your booster demands vac at the same time ???

Hmmmmmmmm.............that is a possiblity...........that would explain the sound only occurring during colder temperatures. Maybe a shot in the dark guess, but a very good one. Thanks for your response!
