fender roller

just wondering if anyone on here knows where or if someone could roll my rear fenders for me... my rear tires rub when my car is full of people and I dont like how its chewing the rubber on my tires.. and a baseball bat is not a option cause I know someone will tell me that will work... I want it done properly but just unsure were to go
