I have a silver Samsung 21" monitor that I'm not using anymore (upgraded to a 24" :D). Will tilt sideways so you can look at very large documents if you so wish or if you just enjoy having a very tall (as opposed to wide) desktop. It's in the box, has cables, etc... looking for $200.

Was used for a year or two. No defects. We can hook it up to my laptop if you want to look at it. To further verify that it doesn't have any dead pixels or the like, I have diagnostic software for that which I will load up for anyone that wants to come check out the monitor.

Still interested in this, just need to get my PC back from the 'repair shop' first.....

What is the height of the screen when it’s at the highest position, and the same for the lowest position...???

Well it's in the box at the moment so I'll have to check tomorrow when I get home from work. Do you think you're going to have clearance issues? The published dimensions are:

Width: 18.6"
Height: 18.0"
Depth: 8.7"
Weight: 18.7 lbs

I imagine it would be around 20" tall if you tilt the screen.

Sounds fine to me, otherwise you and Car Guy can duel at sunset for it if you like. :D

Car Guy, you should'a had me fix your computer... you probably would have had it back by now. ;)

I appreciate the offer; however I have a friend who does it for nothing (new parts included).....:stare

This time around he is taking longer than usual which is usually a few days to a week, he just got married.....

Great monitor as long as they stay cool. I've got roughly 100 214T and 213Ts. The only thing that kills 'em is heat. So if you want a 24" widescreen and it's under warranty just overheat this one and they'll send you a 24" widescreen (they don't have any replacement 213T and 214Ts).

I have a Samsung 24" widescreen... that's what I replaced this one with. However, I will say that this was the first summer we had ac so it has been heat tested and didn't fail. :)
