Looking for a house to rent

I am looking for a house/townhouse to rent for a few months (hopefully only 3 or 4) I need at least 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and want to pay $950/month or less. Good credit and all that positive crap, never arrested, no pets, non-smoker.

I know that I should go through the usual channels on this, but you guys are a reliable source of info...at times, and maybe you own an extra house or know someone who does.

Thanks Yoo, I should be more specific. Right now we are in the Greenfield/New Berlin area and would like to stay around there. Also we are looking to move in by the end of July.

I believe my buddy is fixing up a house right now that hes planning on renting one floor. I believe its a 2br 2bath don't know what hes charging but its on 44th just south of cleveland. I'll give him a call and see. When are you looking to move in???

EDIT: I just saw that your looking for basically Aug 1st. I'll give him a shout and see if hes going to be ready by then. I know he was doing alot of updating and he just bought the house so I don't know his time line.

I see one in Franklin along Drexel (north side) between 81st and 76th streets. No idea on money or term though.

really only need 1 br and 1 bathroom, looking to spend $725 or less. It could be an apartment also, just need a short term or month to month type of setup.
