So I'm buying one of Jeff Smith's lifts he had advertised for sale. They are three phase lifts. I have no clue on household electricity. I need someone to hood this stuff up. Also if they are able to help set the lifts up with me since I pretty much need someone to help me and Travis put these up.

Of course I have $$ and am willing to pay for the service.

See if you can get a different motor. Your house is single phase.

this isn't going in my house, it's going in a warehouse.

Either a new motor, VLT or Transformer to convert the power.

I did read futher down though and see that its in a warehouse so as dave stated the power SHOULD be 3 phase but it may not be.

Get a answer on that first and we can go from there, I dont mind helping out.

There is some major power on my side of the warehouse, not sure of anything I'm looking at though, I can snap some pictures tonight if that'll help anyone? What should I be looking for to identify what it all is?

Good news is the landlord doesn't know crap about it either :wow

Around here you basically have 4 types.

120 single phase
240 single phase

240 three phase
480 three phase

Unless you have a medium or high voltage 3-phase drop which I doubt.

Take some pics and post them, that will get you closer to finding out what you have.

The load center or breaker box will most likely say somthing on it as well.
