We could meet up at my house; it's right off of Howell & Layton Ave. It would be a great ride to the cruise/show from here if we took the scenic route down Lake Drive.....:drool:

The Saturday car show is for employees cars only but viewing is open to the public. The Bodines concert is open to the public too. http://www.bucyrus.com/openhouse.htm

Yeah and NO CARRY-INS ALLOWED and you would have to get your food and beverages at Bucyrus... If your not an Bucyrus Employee you will have to park on the street and not in the Bucyrus parking lots.

Ummm... Yeah the cruise sucked! It like endend at 7:30 or so and they were out Radaring people.

The car show on the other hand was pretty decent.

From what I understand the City of South Milwaukee is making it more difficult for the Lions Club to get permits and licsense's.

Old people are complaining to much about the cruise and the car show.

they complained years ago in 90's when they had the show...IF they pull the plug on the show...how much MONEY will be LOST..don't know about recent years...but it was the car people that bought everything to help them make the money they did...

Well the only thing keeping the city of South Milwaukee alive is Bucyrus. So the city must figure that BUCYRUS will bail them out finacial wise.

I had a great time at the show this year!! We had stadium seating. It sucks if they are cutting the car show out for next year. Car shows are dropping like flies around here lately!

They are cutting out the cruise next year but they will have the car show going on, this is what a Lions club member told me this weekend.

the overly rediculous amount of cops watching you from registration...i think thats what the cruise has been reduced to haha
