where are some decent places to go swim within a reasonable driving distance from oak creek? if I have to pay a couple of bucks, so be it. just looking for somewhere clean and unpolluted. Im open to quarrys, lakes, public pools, or somethin of that nature. I was thinkin about Lannon Quarry, but I dont feel like driving that far.

Cool waters in Greenfield Park isn't too bad. There's that indoor water park hotel in Delafield that's like $15 a day. Water park at Great America... Lannon quarry is the shit. They have a floating thing with a huge diving board off it.

I could go to the YMCA, but I didnt really wanna be indoors, plus not all the people going with me have a membership

I take my students to McCarty Pool in West Allis, Cool Waters, and just recently we went to Menomonee Park. McCarty is a nice big pool, has a slide, and variable water depths. Not sure how late they are open, but I take them there at least once a week during the day.

Lake MI, unless Milwaukee's sewer dumping has made it unswimable, doubtful that far south.
We have lovely North Beach here, a west coast looking beach with cold beer, babes and live music on Fridays, looking forward to the next few warm days :thumbsup

Go to the apartments on with northwest side of howell and puetz. Nice warm pool open 24 hrs a day. All you have to do is hop the fence.
