Compared to what Dana 60?
Ford used different studs on their 60s and had a different hub diameter. Plus when the new body style Pooper Duties came out in 98 they switched to the 8 on 170mm bastard pattern.

Dodge used 8 on 6.5" at least through 2004. It was 8 on 170mm for Ford by the way.
What year are we talking about? Newer Dodge stuff is AAM in the front.

There is a 14SF (semi-floater) with a 9.5" ring gear and a 14FF (full-floater, has hubs like in the front) that comes in 10.5" (most common) and 11.5" (in some GMT800 and GMT900).
If they're 8 lug, they'll fit on your Dodge.
