anyone have a 1/2 ton rear end layin around for a gm -or that would bolt into a 94 4wd burban--i'm pretty sure but not 100% that any 1/2 ton would work since they never changed much on those things:confused not a truck guy so i dunno
let me know what ya got--or if you got a carrier and gears --eaton pile of carrier:stare

Any rear out of a 88-00 1/2 ton truck will work, or a 92-00 tahoe/blazer will work. Obviously a 4wd axle, because 2wds came with 5 lug instead of 6 lug. I do have an auburn limited slip thats for a 8.5" 10 bolt with 30 spline axles which is what that truck has thats just sitting around collecting surface rust.

well if it good i might go that route --its easier to swap the whole rear but -it depends on your price:thumbsup after looking at this carrier i cant believe they even put these in a truck! lol mine broke clean in half-shhot me a price --as long as it will work with 3 series gear and my 4wd

its by far easier to swap the carrier out then deal with rusty bolts and brake lines. and much less time to just change the carrier.
