so we had our stadium sale this past week. very interesting time as always.
funniest quotes, all from one guy.
"i have just enough home equity to pay for this car"
"yeah, your rate is 5.5% and my home equity is 7.5%, but the home equity is tax deductible"
"as a bonus to using the home equity, i don't have to have full coverage insurance on this $25,000 Lincoln Town Car then."
followed up with this after I questioned that thought process...
"well if someone hits me, their insurance pays anyways"
