I live where the homes are on top of each other and are all over 100 years old, many with 30+ year old roofs, if you look at these homes funny they can spontaneously combust. Now why should I have to listen to, worry about and deal with 8000 morons and their brothers lighting off all kinds of flying crap and worry about my house burning down, or my neighbors burning and catching mine on fire ?

If you live out in the country and like the fireworks and ya neighbors dont mind (we all have neighbors, dont care where ya live) then more power to ya, or go to some industrial park or lakefront or other desolate place to do it.
