Raster to Vector

I have a image that I want converted to vector lines when I try to do it i get a whole bunch of lines that I dont need. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the jpeg.

Someone has to know how to do this. I just cant figure it out

You may be able to select the lined areas in illustrator, fill them and clear out the original and save as a .AI file.

Thats the problem I am not very good at adobe cs2. I only use that to convert files and such.
