Finally got to see what the beater could do...

Today i finally ran the the tank empty so i could see what kind of MPG i get from my new hot rod.

Went to pump the gas and almost screamed of joy when the pump stoped so fast! 10gallons from complete empty with the fuel light on for 15 miles, to fully topped off.

From my estimate from what i got it and how much fuel was in it....it came out to +/- 30mpg. Im hopeing to get 35mpg if i really baby it so we'll see.

$41.00! Man is that nice to pay instead of $140 :thumbsup

I've been pulling 34 mpg out of my A4 w 140k lately. You should be able to pull at least 40 unless you have the auto w/o overdrive.
