Primer on the van

Well, I finally got some primer on my van, and I've come to realize something about primer:

Primer- gets the surface ready to paint.
- lets you know your not ready to paint

I sprayed down a layer and then used a spotlight to shine down the side of the van. Expecting mabey one or two little dings, I was surprised to find about thirty dents on one side alone! Was this thing hit by a horizontal hail storm!?! I thought that I would be finished in about 8 more work hours (not including drying time), but now that time is going to be double.

Hmm... No feedback...

Oh well, after a day of work, all of those dings have been filled and reprimed. Next step is the black basecoat followed by some flames. For the rest of the winter, it will be the winter beater and next spring... beware...okay, some of you will still have much faster cars.
