:stare

Red, side oiler, high rise Ford manifold with dual quads, teardrop hood, 4-speed, 4.66 (I think) gears....ALL ORIGINAL :wow I snapped a pic with Jeni's camera so I'll try and post it tomorrow.

Anyone else there last night see it? I'm not a huge Ford guy but GDAM! :headbang

no idea on the miles but it was an ALL ORIGINAL r-code 427 4-speed car. It had MH Racemasters out back on rim-screwed red steel wheels and bias plys up front. The car was SUPER cool! The intake manifold was HUGE

Did you look for the "R" in the serial code to prove that?? The reason I ask is there is a guy I know that has a FAKE simular to what you discribed. I think its the FAKE car, but would have to see the picture.

no, I didn't look into it that close. I really see no reason for the guy to lie about it. He wasn't "bragging" about the car. Just said it was a factory r-code Galaxie, factory 427 4-speed car yadda yadda. It for sure had original paint and interior.
