302, Novi 2000 I think.
445wheel horsepower. Pretty sick.

I need to edit out the bushes in the first pic though by the tail. I edited out everything else, but that part was really tough. Back to the drawing board tonight.

Looks awesome!

One question, in the first pic, is that a flash reflection in the bumper, or the sun? If so, mind if I ask why you were using a flash at all?

Otherwise, looks great. Love the rolling shot. Were you in a lead car, or was that done with a mount and a lot of PS?

It is indeed a flash. I could or should actually PS that out of there, but it could be interpereted as the sun.

Reason I used the external flash was to enable the subject to vividly stand out from the background and direct blazing sunlight.

I used aperature at F22 to really filter out the extreme light that was directly on the car. Being that I used such a high aperature, I needed to illuminate the car again with the flash. ISO is set at 200 due to enabling the highlight tone priority on the camera. This can really help with overexposure and blown out highlights in certain situations such as mine yesterday.

I had the flash powered +1/3 and diffused to avoid any direct overblown highlight reflections but still could get the entire side of the car and really show it's luster.

Here is another example of using the flash in really bright situations. This was direct on sunlight. You can see the effect is pretty cool. You can really minimize the haze and overexposure of everything else while illuminating your subject.

Just put this one up as an example.
Derek, waiting for t3h cack.

Amazing stuff and I have learned a lot.

For the rolling shot, I was hanging outside of derek's friends Honda S2000 with my Canon 10-22 USM.

in the second photo, you can see what the sky really looked like. I need one more speedlight and some radio poppers to do some really cool camera magic in broad daylight.

Very cool. Now that you say that, I can see how dark the rest of the pic is, esp the edges. I'm still working on exactly what you said, but I just dont have an external flash, just the POS built in one on my XT. It sucks balls, but can't justify over $200 for a cannon speedlite.
