I know Spohn sells a kit for relocating your rear swaybar, but I was wondering if any aftermarket swaybars will clear aftermarket rear ends (12 bolt/Ford 9"/Dana 60)

Yes they do. I have a BMR extreme that clears my 9" fine.

All stock and aftermarket sway bars will fit the aftermarket rear ends, you just need ot make sure you have the proper mounting hardware...
I have a set of Eibach sway bars on my T/A, which are OEM'd from Hotchkis with different specs than the Hotchkis F-Body bars, and it fits just fine with my Dana60... Now with the way the brackets are on mine (early production Dana60) I had to move the mounting holes inward on the brackets (due to the bushings riding on the shoulder of a curve and deforming), but they should have made that change to thier rears after I talked to them and sent pictures shortly after putting mine in (which was when they first started making them years ago)...
