Finally got it out and got some pictures

Not sure which came first here... chicken or egg?? Did the timing chain break first causing enough bind to bust that rod? or did the rod go and everything else failed behind it?

Good thing u got that complete setup from me, i knew the heads would be shit too once u got it apart.

hahaha ya like i said finally i'm wondering tom with those heads what kinda boost u think i can run with my supercharger now? i'm thinking about upgrading the pulleys

It was taking 15 psi before with no ill effects to speak of.

You will have to pin pulley to the crank in the new motor though

to be honest with u i dont kno.........thinkin how mileage on the motor had 100k with a supercharger i found 7 NGK sparks plugs in the car with one platinum autolite spark from the previous owner i dont kno if that had n e thing to do with it or notcar was only runnin 7.5 lbs of boost

C'mon now, a little JB Weld and some radiator sealant, with some slick 50 in there, you'll be good as new. :rolf

that end link on the timing chain looks broke. like tom said, you can't really tell which came first, but it almost looks like that thing went, and then sent the rest of the stuff to the grave.

i wanted it in weeks ago but took me this long to get it out Tom is gonna come sometime next week to do the push rods timing chain cam and rockers for me and then hopefully not too much longer after that i'll have it runnin. but knowing me i'll prob have problems putting the thing back together anyways take me till end of summer
