I'd say the punishment fit the crime. Until someone convinces me the kid was in the car against his will, I'm going to assume that he was like every other kid in his friends fast car. Egging him on.

Yeah, it's not like the kid was being held in the car against his will. It's unfortunate that this happened, but Nick's liability went out the window the first time this other kid said "Ok, let's see what this thing can do."

that may be true but Nick was still teh driver and got lucky that innocent bystanders didnt get hurt. driving is a privledge not a right and even if that kid was begging him to speed, Nick was a grown boy and should have had better judgement and said no.

I'm still a fan of Hogan. I think he's handling this situation very well. He still has to be a Dad and support his son and get him through this.

He was well spoken in the interview IMO.
