Utec does not come with instructions, but you can print them off at Turboxs.com
Does not come with mounting hardware
Utec come with map switch and uplink cable
Downpipe has AEM wideband O2 bung welded on

Yes the rims come with the tires. Probably will need new tires after the summer from the way they looked.

All Subaru's have a 5x100 bolt pattern except the '05-08 STi,
which is 5x114.3.

Wide band and narrow band O2 bungs share the same 18mm
thread, both will work in it.
