Timber Ridge. Stay away from this place it sucks! im leaving after my lease is up which isnt quick enough $600 for a one bedroom balcony 600 sq feet. Utilities are about $50 in the summer and $100 in winter. Terrible snow removal. Place is falling apart

I'm in Elm Grove by North Ave & Pilgrim Rd. It's in a 4 unit building, 2 bedroom 1 bath upper with a large living room and kitchen and 1 garage space. It think it's like 1100 or 1200 sq. ft. We pay $765 per month with only water included. It will be available sometime in August. We're buying a house. Overall it's not bad. The building is a little dated, certainly not new, but in good shape. The garage is a 4-car but is open inside, so nothing is divided, but that's not really a big deal. It is in a really good location. You're not far from brookfield/waukesha and I-94 and you're not far from Tosa and HWY 45. The landlord is pretty good, never had any problems with them. The plow service they've been using sucks, apparently its a friend of the landlord so I don't see that changing any time soon.

I live in New Berlin off of Greenfield. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fairly large apartment. It's a 12 unit building with a sod farm around it (6 units on top, 6 on bottom). You also have a nice 2 car garage and 2 parking spots outside. $880 a month and then gas heat and electric everything else. There is one lower unit available right now, if I recall correctly.

I am in a small little apt on the forth floor in an old ass creepy hotel building in twin lakes. I live on tombaue lake and I live on nippersink golf course. All utilities are included in my 350 a month rent :) Cheap as shit. But it is an old building. I gotta let my landlord know that my ac took a shit last night. GHEY!

$595/month plus electric. Downtown delafiled (great area! right by 94) 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1000 sqft, private garage, patio, storage unit. The building is all right, from about 1982-ish, but looks nice because it's brick. Once I saw this place I couldn't pass it up. It's pretty difficult to get in (I hear), maybe about 35 apts total. Not a lot of people coming and going, so you cant really notice.

2br, 1full ba, 2half bas, spiral staircase, with a loft, fantastic AC, 1.5 car garage, I have a enclosed front patio, and an open side patio. Somewhere around 1800sq ft. Pets are fine. Half of house has nice wood flooring, other half is carpetted, heated flloors. I have my own lawn, and three ways to get into my place. I also have a full basement, but really don't have anything to do with it, so it sits empty for now.

$800/mo

Monterey Apartments in Waukesha off North University. 2 bedroom 1.75 bath with a pet. Only thing included is water and garbage. $1017/month. One garage (underground) spot is included, another is $35. Outside parking is a free-for-all which is alright if you're in a non-pet building because those have ample outside parking. Pet buildings lack outdoor parking for the most part.

Heat pumps aren't enough to heat the apartment in the winter. Electric bill in January was $245.

It's dated. Hasn't been updated since 1978. Had to hint at reporting them to get a refrigerator that attemped to get below federally required temperature. I think they pay extra to get the shittiest least energy efficient appliances they can find. Everything in our apartment is at the bad end of the limit for energy efficiency on the sticker.

I could rant and rave all day about it.

BONUSES included: dirty sauna/hottub. Falling apart pool. Tennis courts covered with sticks. Snowplowing that doesn't happen until 9am. Randomly walking into your apartment when you're not home.

new place

city green apt, 1580 for a 2 bdrm, 2 full bath, 2 car underground, granite counter tops, stainless app. BRAND NEW, cameras everywhere

I pay so much, cause its downtown, and I work down here, so I walk. which offsets gas, and my time driving downhere, and parking in the city everyday

Greendale behind the village. Crocus Court Apartments. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Decent place. Its not huge but its not tiny either. Balcony or porch. $570/mo. Washer/drier in the basement of each building. Each building is either a 8 or 4 family and if it is an 8 family building it is divided in the middle so its basically like 2 4 families with 2 separate doors. 1 year, 6 month, or month to month leases. The area is SUPER nice. If you want any more details just PM me.

Willow glen in Muskego. Rents are all over the place but I pay 690 a month which includes my dog fee and the fact four people live in it. 2 BR, 1 Bath, full kitchen. Huge master bedroom. on grounds laundry but some asshat washes his mechanics clothes in it and you will get oil spots on your stuff so we use a laundromat in town. Can't be seen from the road and has lots of green space. Very quiet except for the drunken asshat that lives upstairs who has a Harley, plus his GF is a "screamer and moaner", and that sound travels through the bath vents. LOL. I get four parking spots.

I'm looking, too. Thing is I have to be within the City of Milwaukee. Finding a decent place with a garage that is what I want to pay is proving difficult. I am going to go look at one place tomorrow, 2br upper with 1/2 garage for $705 with appliances. I want a 1br with a car garage, but i don't see that happening.

I lived at Stonegate off National Ave between Sunnyslope and 124th St. for 2 years, ending last summer. Very nice place, no complaints. Had 2 roomates for a 3 bedroom, was 1,495/month, 2 car garage and private entrance. Higher priced for 2 and 1 bedrooms, IMO, but nice place and area/location.
