I have a car body that I need to take in. Normally I take my scrap to Sadoff's in Fon Du Lac, but I am no longer going to school in Fon Du lac so with the price of gas I really don't want to have to drive up there. So who around here has the best prices?

Is it just a shell, or is there more to it...??? Drivetrain, wheels, exhaust, etc.....

Shell, doors, fenders, exhaust, and some other misc stuff and I might be scraping the chassis but I am not sure if my uncle wants it or not. Its whats left of my 73 impala.

I have heard thru the grapevine that Waukesha Iron pays higher than most yards but in your case I would think closer is better.
Miller Compressing pays pretty good but is all the way in the Menomonee valley. Local junkyards are even paying well for unusable junk.

I will have to call Waukesha Iron, I think that would work out best because I work in Waukesha. Last time I heard Sadoff's had $280 a ton, but that was a little over a month ago.

Scap metal places usually wont take a whole car unless u go to town on it with a saw to make it into small pieces
